Position Overview:
The Recruiting Coordinator supports the HR and talent acquisition team by handling the administrative and organizational aspects of recruitment. They ensure that candidates have a positive experience and that hiring managers receive timely updates throughout the process.

Position Overview:

Position Responsibilities:
- Interview Scheduling: Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams, often across multiple time zones.
- Candidate Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for candidates, providing updates and guidance.
- Job Postings: Draft and publish job postings on career sites and social media platforms.
- Applicant Tracking: Maintain candidate records in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and ensure compliance with hiring policies.
- Logistics Management: Arrange travel, accommodations, or virtual interview setups for candidates.
- Documentation: Handle background checks, offer letters, and onboarding paperwork.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Familiarity with HR software and ATS platforms.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- 1–3 years of HR or recruiting support experience.
- Prior exposure to fast-paced corporate environments is preferred.
