Campus Recruiter (Remote) - $75,000/year USD
This is not a conventional recruiting position.
Crossover seeks a college recruiter to identify and secure the next cohort of 50 Alpha AI Engineer Interns: exceptional undergraduates from Stanford and MIT, prepared to dedicate their summer to generative AI development. Your objective? Assemble that class. Quickly.
You will manage the complete pipeline: relationship development and event coordination through large-scale outreach and candidate acquisition. You must operate with the agility of a startup team member, assess talent like a scout, and deliver results like a sales executive. This role is not centered on exclusive dinners or promotional merchandise. It is focused on measurable outcomes: 50 students, summer 2026, Austin, TX. You will have complete support — independence, resources, defined targets — and full accountability.
This position suits someone who excels under challenge, accepts ownership of results, and knows precisely how to locate and secure elite CS talent.
