We’re looking for an exceptional Operations Associate to join this Series B tech start-up. This team is looking for someone to revamp processes and make things more streamlined.

To be successful in this role, you are comfortable with autonomy and will demonstrate solid leadership skills. You exhibit a strong business acumen, as well as display a commitment to productivity. The perfect candidate will be an execution-oriented individual with an excellent work ethic and rock-solid judgement; a skilled multi-tasker who can triage as needed.

The Day-to-Day:

Analyze workstreams to identify automation or process optimization opportunities
Project Management
Collaborate cross-functionally across different departments to facilitate operational flow
Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and briefing notes for the company
