Sourcing Recruiter

Job Description

We are seeking a Sourcing Recruiter to help identify and engage top talent. This person will play a key role in building strong candidate pipelines and supporting recruiting efforts.

Responsibilities

• Focus on outbound sourcing to find and attract qualified candidates
• Use tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and Talent Insights to identify talent
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs
• Flex into full-cycle recruiting when needed

• Ability to hit metrics
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills

Work Environment: This position is located in Louisville, CO. This is an aerospace & defense company.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Louisville, CO.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $52.88 - $57.69/hr.
