Recruiter Job Summary:

Premier Healthcare LLC is seeking a highly motivated and organized Recruiter to join our team! As an integral part of our Human Resources department, the Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to join our team. This is a full-time opportunity for a professional with a passion for recruiting and a desire to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Recruiter Responsibilities:

• Source and attract top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, and employee referrals
• Screen and interview candidates to identify the best fit for open positions
• Coordinate the hiring process, including scheduling interviews
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate activity and hiring statistics
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and provide input on job descriptions and requirements

Recruiter Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
• Strong organizational and time management skills
