Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Network Architect based in San Jose, CA. The Network Architect will be responsible for designing and implementing network solutions, creating and maintaining network architecture, ensuring network security, and optimizing performance. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to assess and address network requirements, troubleshoot network issues, and oversee the deployment of network infrastructure. The candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing network reliability and supporting organizational growth.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Network Architecture and Network Design methodologies
• Proficiency in Network Administration and Network Engineering
• Strong knowledge of Network Security protocols and best practices
• Ability to analyze and optimize network performance using advanced tools and techniques
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills
• Experience in large-scale enterprise network environments is highly beneficial
• Experience with designing wireless and switching environments is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of routing, switching, SD-WAN, and cloud networking (AWS preferred).
• Experience with enterprise firewalls and NAC solutions
• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent are a plus
