Technical Product Manager

We’re seeking a hands-on Technical Product Manager with strong product design experience and a proven track record of owning the full product lifecycle: from concept and customer discovery through launch, iteration, and post-release evaluation.

This role requires a strong understanding of blockchain/web3 infrastructure, including the challenges of deploying applications on-chain (Ethereum, Solana, and proprietary chains). You will help solve problems around fragmentation, interoperability, and developer experience at the infrastructure layer.

What You’ll Do

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle: discovery, validation, design partnership, requirements, launch, and ongoing optimization.
• Conduct customer and developer interviews to uncover pain points, validate needs, and shape product direction.
• Partner closely with design and engineering teams to translate user needs into actionable requirements and technical solutions.
• Lead successful product releases and track measurable outcomes to understand what worked, what didn’t, and what to improve.
• Drive product strategy for on-chain applications with a focus on scalability, security, and interoperability across chains.
  
  

What You Bring

• Strong product design and UX collaboration experience.
• Demonstrated success managing products from idea → launch → iteration.
• Ability to clearly explain decisions, insights, tradeoffs, and learnings.
• Solid understanding of web3/blockchain infrastructure, developer tooling, and the technical constraints of building on-chain.
