About The Role

The Role

We’re expanding our Outcome Engineering team and looking for an exceptional Outcome Engineer to design, build, and deliver AI-driven workflows for leading enterprises across financial services and beyond.

You’ll combine domain expertise, analytical rigor, and strong client-facing skills. You will sit at the intersection of AI × industry operations, owning mission-critical workflows and shaping how organisations adopt AI to transform their processes.

What You’ll Do

Own a portfolio of institutional finance clients

Work Directly With Cross-functional Business Teams To

• Understand their workflows end-to-end
• Define measurable outcomes, KPIs, and ROI for AI-automation initiatives
• Translate ambiguous requirements into structured AI-agent workflows
• Design tests, edge cases, and evaluation frameworks to ensure accuracy and auditability
• Lead multi-threaded client projects across Business, Security, and Procurement
• Own pilots through production, expansion, and renewals
• Drive adoption: build super-users, internal champions, and daily usage cadences
• Identify new use cases, teams, and regions where AI automation can expand
  
  

Partner Across The Company (Sales, Product, Engineering)

• Turn client workflows into reusable templates and components for scale
• Shape and deliver the workflow automation roadmap based on client patterns and market signals
• Feed client insights into GTM strategy, playbooks, pitches, and case studies
• Represent the company as a workflow automation SME with clients, analysts, and partners
• Publish market insights and best practices as part of our thought leadership
• Mentor junior team members and help grow a high-performing team
  
  

Over time, you’ll grow into a business owner for a workflow product line, influencing revenue targets, pricing, segmentation, and use-case strategy.

What We’re Looking For

Must-Haves

• Hands-on experience in operational analysis, process optimisation, reporting, or domain-specific workflow management
• Strong understanding of industry standards, best practices, and operating frameworks in your domain
• Strong intuition for prompt engineering and designing AI-driven workflows
• Analytical mindset with Python/SQL fundamentals (or willingness to learn quickly)
• Exposure to automation tools, data pipelines, or AI products
• Experience working with institutional or enterprise clients
• Ability to run discovery, shape requirements, and deliver technical output in business-friendly language
• Track record of shipping complex, ambiguous projects with speed and autonomy
• Evidence of commercial impact (upsells, renewals, expansion, new logos)
  
  

Nice-to-Haves

• Background in consulting, product, operations, system design, or solutions engineering
• Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, OpenAI, Claude, LangChain, workflow automation
• Python proficiency for lightweight automation
• Understanding of financial services, investment workflows, or enterprise operations
• Experience influencing or owning a product line or business segment
• Exposure to enterprise software, data platforms, or workflow tools
• Familiarity with enterprise data/security constraints
