What You'll Do

As the Property Manager for Riverwell Townhomes, you'll lead daily operations, ensure residents feel supported, and provide an excellent experience to future residents. Your day may include:

• Responding to leads and providing outstanding customer service
• Scheduling and conducting tours
• Managing resident files and processing invoices
• Assisting residents with work orders
• Leading and supporting maintenance and leasing teams
• Helping meet occupancy, financial, and operational goals
  
  

Required

What You Bring

• A positive, team-focused attitude
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and proactively
  
  

Preferred (we Can Train The Right Person)

• Knowledge of Fair Housing laws
• Basic sales techniques
• Experience with Entrata
• Understanding of budgets/financials
• 6+ months multifamily experience
• 6+ months supervisory experience
