We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Recruitment Coordinator to support our talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate will assist in sourcing, screening, and coordinating the hiring process while ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.

Job Overview

This position will work with our recruitment team to assist with both remote and onsite interview scheduling. This role will be part-time and will be onsite at our Albuquerque, NM facility with some flexibility for a hybrid arrangement.

In This Role You Will

  • Be responsible for scheduling candidate interviews with our hiring managers and hiring teams for both onsite and remote interviews
  • Coordinate with candidates and hiring teams to determine availability for interviews
  • Send meeting invitations to candidates and interview teams
  • Create and distribute interview itineraries
  • Reschedule interviews as needed if conflicts arise
  • Participate in occasional Talent Acquisition projects as they arise
  • Be responsible for prioritizing urgent requests that arise
  • Coordinate candidate travel
  • Track interviews

Required:

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • 1+ years of relevant administrative support experience

Preferred:

  • Experience scheduling complex interviews
  • Experience with Microsoft suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Highly organized, strong attention to detail and excellent time management and prioritization skills
  • Ability to read, understand, interpret and implement instructions
  • Effective interpersonal relation skills, while maintaining the adaptability to achieve company goals
