Our client is seeking an experienced Controller to oversee the organization’s accounting function and provide financial leadership to support strategic goals. This role combines hands-on technical expertise with high-level oversight, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and efficiency across all accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities Of The Controller

• Oversee all accounting operations, including the monthly close, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, internal controls, and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and present financial statements, variance analysis, and recommendations to executive leadership.
• Manage cash flow, treasury transactions, and working capital.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of accounting professionals.
• Partner cross-functionally with operations and leadership to support decision-making and efficiency initiatives.
• Identify and implement process improvements, system enhancements, and best practices.
  
  

What We’re Looking For In The Controller

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA highly preferred.
• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Advanced Excel proficiency (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, IF statements, complex formulas).
• Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, or similar).
• Proven ability to balance strategic insight with hands-on execution.
