Position Overview

As Medical Director, you will provide clinical and administrative leadership, ensuring the delivery of safe, efficient, and compassionate emergency care. You will collaborate closely with hospital administration, nursing leadership, and TeamHealth support to maintain and enhance quality metrics, operational performance, and team engagement.

What You Can Expect

• 12-hour clinical shifts with an equitable rotation of days, nights, and weekends
• Protected administrative time for leadership responsibilities
• Cross-credentialing at additional Abrazo hospitals and freestanding EDs for increased flexibility and income opportunities

Ideal Candidate Qualifications

• Board certified in emergency medicine
• Prior leadership or director-level experience preferred but not required
• Excellent communication, team-building, and organizational skills
