Affiliate marketer

The Affiliate Marketing Manager will develop, manage, and optimize our affiliate marketing program to drive user acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, excellent relationship-building abilities, and a passion for digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Program Development & Strategy: Design and implement a comprehensive affiliate marketing strategy to increase platform sign-ups, job applications, and employer partnerships.
2. Partner Recruitment & Management: Identify, recruit, and onboard high-quality affiliates (bloggers, influencers, career websites, etc.) to promote our platform. Maintain strong relationships with affiliates to ensure ongoing collaboration.

Qualifications:

1. Experience: 2+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, digital marketing, or a related field. Experience in the job search, recruitment, or HR tech industry is a plus.
