A Day In The Life

Connect third-party brands with the Company’s most significant marketing investments, delivering best-in class global programs that drive brand equity and business growth. Lead the strategic development and execution of hospitality and ticketing initiatives across a diverse portfolio of properties and brands. Own internal platforms, manage executive-level communications, and enable cross-functional alignment.

The Impact You'll Make

  • Lead the end-to-end strategy and execution of hospitality programs across major sports, entertainment, and lifestyle properties, ensuring alignment with brand goals and marketing investments.
  • Serve as a central liaison between internal divisions, external promoters, agencies, and leadership teams to deliver cohesive, high-impact event experiences
  • Drive strategic planning and communications for hospitality initiatives, including the development of analytics frameworks and executive reporting tools.
  • Translate complex sponsorship agreements into actionable summaries for internal stakeholders, bridging the gap between legal, marketing, and operational execution
  • Own and manage internal platforms which serve as foundational tools for event planning, asset tracking, and team enablement across departments globally
  • Spearhead the redesign of Events Unleashed, collaborating with IT, Project Management, Sales, and Marketing teams to define requirements, develop user stories, conduct testing, and align budget approvals with executive stakeholders
  • Implement and standardize the athlete request process, coordinating with Sports Marketing, Accounting, and administrative teams to ensure budget alignment, contract compliance, intellectual property rights, and logistical execution
  • Train and mentor new managers and cross-functional teams, delivering formal training on internal platforms, marketing investments, hospitality resources, and best practices
  • Conduct onboarding and seasonal training sessions for Marketing teams, reinforcing consistency and operational excellence across departments
  • Manage executive ticket allotments for high-profile properties, including weekly communications and fulfillment for sensitive, time-critical assets

Who You Are

  • Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in the field of -- Marketing, Communications or related field
  • More than 5 years of experience in Brand management, events, ticket operations
  • More than 5 years of experience in advertising in international markets

Monster Energy provides a competitive total compensation. This position has an annual estimated salary of USD $75,900 - USD $101,200. The actual pay may vary depending on your skills, qualifications, experience, and work location.
