Client Story Producer (Remote)

Berry Law is seeking an experienced sales professional with a passion for working with veterans. This role focuses on connecting with our clients after their case has concluded, strengthening relationships, and helping share their stories.

The ideal candidate will thrive in a high-volume outreach environment, spending their day on the phone and video calls with clients. They will guide clients through structured conversations to capture testimonials, schedule and conduct video sessions, and obtain valuable feedback about their experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to clients, primarily veterans, to engage them in meaningful conversations about their experience.
• Schedule and conduct video testimonial sessions with clients.
• Build rapport and trust quickly while representing Berry Law’s mission and brand voice.
• Collect, document, and organize client feedback for internal use.
• Meet and exceed outreach and engagement goals.
  
  

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, call center, or client-facing roles.
• Strong communication skills (phone and video), with the ability to connect authentically.
• Veteran status or strong affinity for the veteran community is highly valued.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume outreach environment.
• Tech-savvy and able to use remote tools for video calls, scheduling, and tracking.
