Customer Service Representative responsibilities
- Answers incoming customer calls regarding product questions, service questions and general client concerns
- Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients and working to establish a positive rapport with every customer
- Input orders with 100% accuracy, monitor and collect unpaid invoices, process and release liens, and coordinate delivery logistics
- Work with the sales team to stay updated on product knowledge
- Impact the company's bottom line by problem solving
- 3-5 years Customer Service experience
- Experience in ERP software preferred
- Building or Construction experience helpful
- Ability to remain professional and courteous with customers at all times
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
