Charge Card Deposits
Finance Department Deposits
Reconciles daily Deposits
Receipts in all funds in Ignite Dms (Reynolds)
Maintains accurate Schedules and cooperates with Department Managers and customers for missing invoices / refund checks and A/R Statements
Answers phone promptly or return calls of customers/vendors/managers as needed.
Handles all credit card disputes / NSF/STOP paid checks as required for collection
Prepares deposit for Loomis in Safe
Handles any Petty Cash need requirements
Verifies Petty Cash drawer at Dealership monthly & yearly
Assists with any banking needs as requested by Controller or Office Manager
Pays Vendors in timely manner based on required terms
Posts Invoices into A/P Ignite Dms (Reynolds)
Balances accounts per statements
Rent & Lease payments
Maintain up to date W9s
Retrieves any/all missing invoices to be paid
Cordial and respectful to fellow employees & businesses
Assists in other directed duties as assigned by Controller
