LVN Homecare Hanford

Schedule: Monday- Friday 8AM-4PM

Pay: $32/hr

Start Bonus: $500 bonus is offered after 30 billable work shifts

Hands on training is provided and MUST have LVN license in order to apply

Maxim Healthcare in Hanford, CA is hiring for a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to work with a pediatric patient, under medication treatment, Bi-pap and seizure monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.
  
  

A $250 bonus is offered for any LVN referrals.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed as an LVN in the state in which the LVN will practice.
• Current TB or Chest X-Ray (we will provide one for you with costs covered if needed).
• Current BLS card (Course offered with our office with cost covered).
