Regional Director Of Operations Job Duties
- Develops and implements regional business plans aligned with the company’s overall strategic goals.
- Identifies and pursues new business opportunities to expand the company’s market share.
- Analyzes market trends and competitive landscapes to inform strategic decision-making.
- Will oversee operations of multiple districts, managing and leading District Managers and Regional Sales Managers.
- Ensures compliance with all regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies.
- Develops and monitors key performance indicators (KPIs), implementing measures to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and productivity.
- Optimizes resource allocation to maximize profitability and minimize costs.
- Works with Regional Sales Managers to develop and manage regional budgets, including forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting.
- Monitors revenue and expenses to identify areas for improvement.
- Provides leadership, coaching, and mentoring to both direct and indirect reports, working to create and maintain a people-first culture focused on development and growth.
- Builds and maintains strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, mitigating and resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely manner.
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field. Experience can be substituted for education.
- 10+ years of experience managing people and projects for industrial services or a related industry.
- Proven track record of exceeding goals and revenue budgets through operational excellence.
- Experience in customer relationship management.
- Travel requirements of 50% or more.
