Job Description

Rally House is seeking a motivated Intern to join our team this Summer 2026! As a Marketing Intern, you will play a crucial role in enhancing digital and creative marketing efforts. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of sports teams and fan communities while contributing to the growth and success of our brand. Interns build solid groundwork in marketing with opportunities to enhance their confidence and build relationships with management and team members across departments.

Responsibilities

• Assist in creating high-quality visuals in a variety of digital and print formats
• Maintain graphic standards in all creative designs while representing the Rally House brand
• Apply the fundamentals of marketing and graphic design to create effective marketing pieces
• Assist email marketing team by building emails, audiences, content, etc.
• Monitor paid and organic social media
• Review and interpret marketing analytics using email provider tools
  
  

Skills And Knowledge

Ability to multi-task and balance multiple priorities., Effective communication and interpersonal skills., Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

Qualifications

Must be willing to work part-time in a Rally House store prior to starting the internship; currently enrolled at an accredited college or university and/or recent graduate with or pursuing a relevant degree; available to work standard hours M-F at corporate office location in Lenexa, KS; demonstrated desire to build a long-term career with Rally House.

Physical Requirements: Ability to operate a computer, keyboard, mouse, and other standard office equipment; able to clearly view and read information on a computer screen; occasionally lift or move items up to 15 pounds.
