We are looking for an experienced Service Director to lead our team. If you have prior experience working as a service manager or Director and have a results driven approach to success, we want to talk to you!

Responsibilities

  • Ensure customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service
  • Take ownership of customers’ experience by carrying out additional assignments, enabling the dealership to leave a positive impression with the customer
  • Manage and hire technicians and service advisors
  • Interview and make quality new hires
  • Distribute work among technicians
  • Prioritize required services
  • Grow our remote experiences department, including pick up and delivery and mobile service van
  • Ensure all Ford and Lincoln metrics are met to ensure dealership money is earned in full
  • Ensure customers have a positive dealership experience
  • Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether via phone or in person, to ensure the customer does not get mishandled
  • Spend quality time building relationships with the customers
  • Manage Work in Process, Cash Clearing, Warranty and other related schedules
  • Control Expense


Requirements

  • Technical automotive knowledge
  • Demonstrated ability to manage others
  • Organized and friendly personality
  • Dealership experience required
