What You’ll Do:

• Facilitate groups in schools, youth and adult jails, and community settings
• Train correctional officers and other staff on mental health topics and best practices
• Support clients in developing coping strategies, emotional regulation, and overall mental wellness
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care for clients
• Participate in outreach and community engagement initiatives
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or a related field, or relevant lived experience in mental health, community work, or related areas
• Strong experience in facilitating groups and providing training to diverse audiences
• Experience working with youth and adult populations in schools, jails, or community settings
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
• Passion for empowering clients and promoting mental health equity
