What We’re Offering
- Full Earning Potential $85,000 to $95,000 based on experience, skills, tenure, and geography
- Center-Based Role: Thrive in our beautiful Orange center, surrounded by a full team of supportive staff committed to helping you succeed, grow, and focus on making a lasting impact.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver Pediatric Care – Assess, plan, and implement individualized physical therapy treatment for children and families
- Collaborate & Communicate – Work closely with parents, caregivers, and clinical teams to ensure effective programs and support
- Evaluate & Adjust – Continuously monitor client progress and adapt treatment plans to help children reach their potential
- Supervise & Train – Oversee PTAs, Behavior Technicians, and interns as needed, while providing caregiver and staff training
- Document & Report – Maintain accurate daily session notes, treatment logs, and timely progress/discharge reports
- Stay Current – Keep up with best practices in pediatric physical therapy through ongoing education and training
- Contribute to the Team – Attend meetings, support interdisciplinary planning, and assist with in-service trainings
- Education: Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy required
- Licensure: Active California PT license required
- Experience: At least 1 year of pediatric experience preferred
- Strong clinical skills, excellent communication, and a collaborative approach
- Professionalism, efficiency, and commitment to safe, effective care
