The Supervisor of Patient Accounts for Community Home Medical Equipment - Training will be responsible for discovery, development and delivery of training curriculum and materials for HME/DME Intake, using adult learning theories. In this role, you will be teaching Patient Account Representatives how to receive provider referrals for durable home medical equipment based on the patient's insurance coverage. You will be training our representatives in the delivery of exemplary customer service.

- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Four (4) years of recent experience in Healthcare, Revenue Cycle preferred
- Previous supervisory experience strongly preferred.
- Proven experience delivering adult education required and presentation will be expected during advanced interview.
- Knowledge of medical/insurance billing with credentialing preferred.
- Experience in Durable Medical Equipment/Home Medical (DME/HME) equipment preferred.
- Electronic Medical Record (EMR) experience in Brightree and/or Epic strongly preferred.
- Ability to lead and supervise.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products such as Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.
- The Supervisor will work a hybrid schedule, with the expectation of working on-site as needed at 9894 E 121st Street, Fishers, IN 46038,
- and will participate in an on-call rotation.
