Lead Program Facilitator (Full Time)
Location: Olathe, KS
PURPOSE OFPOSITION
The Lead Program Facilitator position is responsible for implementing individualized programming, collecting data, graphing client progress, participating in weekly and/or monthly autism program trainings and meetings regarding individualized student programming, ASD specific instructional techniques and all staff program meetings. In addition, Lead Program Facilitators are responsible for working as the Team Lead for a specific caseload of clients under the direct supervision of a BCBA and assisting with the development of behavior intervention strategies, program development, target selection, data collection design and other approved clinical responsibilities. Other responsibilities include; maintaining cleaning zones, acting as Floor Leader, completing various special projects that contribute to overall program development, and availability to provide services between 7:30am-5pm Monday-Friday.

This position does not hold supervisory responsibilities.
Qualifications

EDUCATION And/or EXPERIENCE
Must have excellent interpersonal, oral, record keeping and written communication skills. The employee must have the ability to express or exchange ideas by means of written and verbal communication with both internal and external entities. The employee must have the ability to convey and receive detailed information or important instructions to and from various sources. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
Mathematical Skills
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
COGNITIVE DEMANDS
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
Computer Skills
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of industry specific software, industry specific systems and other web-based software programs, Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word and Excel.

- Support supervising clinician for assigned client caseload (team), and others as assigned
- Demonstrate proficient knowledge of ASD instructional methodologies
- Demonstrate proficient knowledge of ABA methodologies
- Demonstrate leadership characteristics on a daily basis
- Demonstrate effective time management skills during administrative assignments
- Request and utilize personal time off as appropriate to support program needs
- Maintain binder and file organization per clinical and HIPAA standards
- Materials development
- Pull and return materials as appropriate for client caseload
- Floor leader responsibilities
- Individualized program implementation
- Data collection, graphing, and data analysis
- Maintain clean and organized client and staff areas
- Actively participate in staff trainings and team meetings
- Demonstrate professional and accurate information when corresponding with parents, colleagues and supervisors
- Follow operational protocols relative to position
- Complete special projects that contribute to overall client and program development
- Availability between 7:30am-5:00pm Monday-Friday
This position does not hold supervisory responsibilities.
Qualifications

EDUCATION And/or EXPERIENCE
- Must have a bachelor’s degree in special education, applied behavior analysis, psychology or a related field
- Must be accepted into, actively enrolled in or have completed a master’s program in applied behavioral science, special education, psychology or a related field.
- Preferred 1 year experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorders or relative developmental disabilities
- Preferred 2+ years of experience working with children in an educational, clinical environment or other relative environment
