Whole Health, a division of Intensive Specialty Hospital, provides compassionate and effective care to individuals struggling with substance abuse. We are currently seeking an experienced and passionate Licnesed Professional Counselor to join our dynamic team.

Position Summary:

The Licensed Professional Counselor position involves primary responsibility for the well-being and attainment of treatment goals of assigned patients. This includes intake assessment, treatment planning, referrals, and discharge planning. The Counselor is responsible for the intake assessment, provision of group and individual counseling and maintaining current required documentation.

Qualifications:

• MUST be credentialed by the State of Louisiana, and have active status as one of the following: LPC, or LCSW
• Three years’ experience in Outpatient Counseling preferred.
• Basic knowledge of computer skills - Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) preferred
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English
  
  
  

Certifications:

• BLS and CPI certification required (if not CPI certified upon employment, must acquire within 90 days of employment and maintain throughout employment)
