About The Role
We’re looking for a Brand Engagement Coordinator to bring our brands to life online. That means creating social content that’s engaging, trend-aware, and tied to real business goals. It also means helping the marketing team stay organized and on track—moving ideas from brainstorm to rollout.
This is a hybrid role where creativity meets coordination. One part social storyteller. One part behind-the-scenes project helper. All parts teammate.

What You’ll Do
- Draft, schedule, and publish content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other platforms
- Build and maintain social media calendars for our brands
- Keep up with trends, memes, and what’s working online—and bring fresh ideas to the team
- Help develop content (graphics, video, photography) with our creative partners
- Track what’s performing and share back insights
- Coordinate marketing timelines, vendor communication, and updates for smaller projects or brands
- Pitch in on planning, reporting, and keeping the marketing machine running
- 1-3 years of experience in social media, content creation, digital marketing, or communications
- Strong writing skills with a sense of brand voice and tone
- An eye for good content—and a drive to make it better
- Familiarity with tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, Later, Google Drive, etc.
- Organized and detail-oriented: you can keep your own tasks (and a few others) on track
- Curious, creative, and collaborative—you’re not afraid to speak up or pitch in
- Video editing and short-form content creation experience
- Google Analytics certification
- Knowledge of SEO or reputation management
- Experience managing vendor relationships or coordinating projects
