Executive Assistant Responsibilities

Executive Assistant Responsibilities
- Manage daily calendars, coordinate meetings, and organize schedules for executives
- Process and track expense reports, ensuring accurate coding and timely submission
- Update and distribute price sheets, communicating changes to internal teams and partners
- Act as the communication bridge between leadership, sales, and external contacts
- Coordinate simple travel arrangements by working with travel partners
- Draft correspondence, follow up with suppliers and clients, and prepare materials as needed
- Assist with creating and formatting pitch decks and pulling reports for leadership
- 2–3 years of experience as an executive or sales assistant
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and calendar management
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to pivot quickly and adapt during busy or shifting priorities
- Interest in or knowledge of wine industry preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to lift and handle cases of wine when necessary
