Nuclear Care Partners is looking for an enthusiastic and diligent Marketing Assistant to join our MarCom team. In this role, you will provide administrative and operational support that enables the effective and efficient execution of marketing strategies. This position will have full ownership of some MarCom processes and responsibilities while supporting the MarCom team in others. The position will work closely with our MarCom, executive and sales staff to implement and fulfill campaigns, research industry trends, gather client data, maintain our database, and oversee vendor relationships.
Compensation: $22-$25/hour Depending on Experience

Administrative Responsibilities:
- Manage the Swag Store, including monitoring inventory, anticipating swag needs and re-stocking as needed.
- Manage print collateral on Vistaprint
- Assist in researching new vendors and suppliers as needed to secure optimal services and rates.
- Manage the procurement process for event-specific items, including pins, coins, swag, etc.
- Manage event RSVPs and enter into database.
- Monitor digital intake forms and enter into database.
- Process nominations for monthly employee recognition program
- Assist in the development of an owned social content plan; assist in the development of content to fulfill that plan
- Distribute messaging via NCP’s text platform
- Manage some larger “gift campaigns”
- Prepping mailers
- Pulling mailing/targeting lists from database
- Making stamps
- Distribution of materials
- Conduct market analysis to gather data on competitors, campaigns, target audiences, and industry trends on an ongoing basis to ensure the MarCom team has current and timely knowledge of the category.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, or related field (preferred)
- 1–2 years of experience in a marketing or communications role (internships welcome!)
- Strong writing, editing, and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Canva, CRMs, and Monday.com a plus
- Proficient in social media platforms (Meta and LinkedIn) and familiarity with marketing automation tools
- Highly organized, creative, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
- Collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
