Now Hiring: Salon Assistant

Location: Moxie Salon, Jupiter, FL

Pay: $15.00 – $17.00/hour + Tips

Type: Part-Time | In-Person | Flexible Shifts (including weekends & evenings)

Schedule: 8 to 10 hour shifts (subject to change based on salon needs)

Moxie Salon and Beauty Bar is one of the hottest names in luxury, full-service beauty—and we’re just getting started. Our gorgeous new location in Jupiter, FL is expanding, and we’re on the hunt for a Salon Assistant who’s passionate, positive, and ready to grow with us!

Whether you're in beauty school (permit required) or just obsessed with all things glam, this is your chance to gain hands-on experience, work alongside top stylists, and build a career in an upbeat, team-driven environment.

What You'll Do:

• Give clients a warm welcome—greet, book, and manage appointments with style
• Support our glam squad by prepping clients for services, shampoos, blowouts, and color mixing
• Process payments and cash transactions smoothly and professionally
• Keep our space sparkling—help maintain a clean and organized salon environment
• Recommend products and upsell services with confidence
• Be a key part of our fun, high-performing team that delivers the ultimate client experience

• Proactively promote the salon by engaging in outside sales opportunities.
  
  
  

What We’re Looking For:

• Passion for beauty and a strong desire to grow in the industry
• Friendly, outgoing, and polished customer service skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-energy setting
• Team player mindset—our salon runs on collaboration!
• Bonus if you’ve worked in a salon or customer service setting before
