The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $34,700.00 - $72,300.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.

Join our team to perform routine testing procedures that support clinical trials and contribute to life-changing research outcomes.
What you’ll be doing:
- Perform routine analysis of specimens and document results in accordance with SOPs and regulatory guidelines.
- Evaluate analytical results for validity using lab computer system algorithms.
- Identify and escalate unusual results or performance errors to senior lab personnel.
- Prepare buffers and solutions for analysis and manage post-analysis sample and reagent storage.
- Conduct secondary review of analytical results when authorized.
- Assist in developing and writing new laboratory procedures and techniques.
- Maintain lab cleanliness and organization in line with 6S standards.
- Communicate clearly and accurately with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, biology, or medical laboratory technology (required for CAP/CLIA lab locations).
- Minimum 6 months of relevant laboratory experience.
- Familiarity with techniques such as pipetting, buffer preparation, and sample handling.
- Other Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be accepted in lieu of degree
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, frequent standing and walking, occasional sitting, close eye work requirement (computer, typing, reading small prints). Physical demands vary depending on assigned work area and work tasks. Occasional exposure to cold temperatures.
- Basic knowledge of Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), laboratory safety, and infection control procedures.
- Proficiency with laboratory equipment, instrumentation, and terminology.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
