Base Pay Range: $88,651 - $125,072

The estimated range is the budgeted amount for this position. Final offers are based on various factors, including skill set, experience, location, qualifications and other job-related reasons.

Position Summary

The Associate Global Product Manager plays a key role in supporting the Connectivity Business Unit by assisting product managers in making sure their product lines meet or exceed all key performance indicators – both short and long term, with an emphasis on the day-to-day activities. This position is responsible for supporting Connectivity projects as well as cross-business-unit programs involving Connectivity, contributing to the success of Connectivity growth. The Associate Global Product Manager works closely with Global Product Managers, Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering and other business unit Product Managers to ensure new products are launched successfully and existing products are maintained. The ideal candidate brings strong project management and organizational skills and a proven ability to achieve results. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a fast-paced, collaborative, and client-focused environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a point of contact for the Connectivity Product Management team, ensuring responsive and effective communication.
  • Provide operational support and coordination to facilitate smooth daily workflows.
  • Manage and execute assigned projects and tasks in line with team goals and timelines.
  • Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to drive key deliverables.
  • Track and report on metrics, progress, and compliance, ensuring visibility of outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to Product Management of Connectivity products.
  • Ensure Data accuracy across all relevant systems and platforms.
  • Identify and recommend improvements to existing processes, workflows, or operational practices.
  • Uphold compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and applicable regulations.
  • Support training initiatives to foster a collaborative and productive team environment.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Required

  • 1-2 years of experience in product management, sales, marketing, product support manufacturing operations, or engineering
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a Sales, Marketing, or Engineering field, or equivalent professional experience

Preferred

  • Familiarity with understanding of PLM systems, BOMs, ECO processes, and ERP/MRP tools (Oracle preferred, but not required)
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, lead initiatives, and analyze data
  • A strong interest in/or alignment with connectivity industry trends
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Strong communication, analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to [prioritize tasks and collaborate across teams
  • Passion for industry innovation and success within a people-first culture
