ClearView Healthcare Management is seeking HR Assistant!

This job is on-site at our home office, 40 hours a week. 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, Sunday-Thursday.

We are seeking a detail-oriented HR Assistant to join our corporate office team and provide essential support to the Vice President of HR.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in posting job ads and managing applications.
  • Help maintain and update the company's ATS
  • Conduct audit reports regularly.
  • Collect expense reports from both corporate office and facility employees, reviewing each for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to company policies.
  • Maintain accurate records of employee participation and ensure they meet the program's requirements.
  • Maintain records of employee professional licenses and certifications ensuring they are up-to-date
  • Coordinate employee access requests for company websites, portals, and HR-related platforms.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employees with routine HR inquiries, escalating more complex issues to VP of HR.
  • Perform general office duties
  • Working on tasks and projects assigned by the VP of HR.


Qualifications

  • Experience in an HR/Recruiting role is required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Consistent and dependable attendance is required.
  • Exceptional interpersonal communication skills and strong organizational skills.
  • Must be meticulous with details.
  • Have the ability to work independently on assigned tasks as well as to accept direction on given assignments.
  • Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word is required.
