As our Outside Marketing Manager, you’ll lead a dynamic team of 6–12 residential marketing representatives who engage homeowners, generate appointments, and introduce customers to our industry-leading remodeling solutions.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Coaching, mentoring, and motivating your team daily.
• Driving performance to exceed appointment-setting goals.
• Recruiting, training, and developing new team members.
• Managing schedules, tracking KPIs, Payroll, and ensuring accountability.
• Representing the company in the field with professionalism and enthusiasm.

• $60,000 guaranteed base salary

• Bonus potential of $40,000–$50,000+ annually

What We’re Looking For

• Previous leadership experience managing a marketing, canvassing, or appointment-setting team (home remodeling or residential services experience is a strong plus)
• A track record of building and motivating teams to hit aggressive goals

• Strong communication, coaching, and organizational skills
