Primary Job Duties:

Completes weekly theater schedules per labor template and group needs
Maintain cleanliness of theaters and theater related areas
Supervise theaters and back of house during peak and off-peak hours
Responsible for coordinating training of new hires
Assist in servicing theaters as needed and running food on occasion
Interact with guests to ensure all guests expectations with their food experience are exceeded
Oversee all theater departmental functions and other duties as assigned with the guidance of the Theater manager
Assist as needed in other areas as requested by a manager
Maintain uniform standards and a professional appearance

Requirements

Physical Requirements:

Standing for long periods of time with frequent bending and turning
Must be able to lift 40 lbs

Special Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old
Must be proficient in menu knowledge and food service basics
Must possess a valid TABC or other legal license to sell/serve alcohol per local code
Must possess a valid Food Handler’s Certificate or other similar license per local code
Obtain training certification per company policy
