Customer Service Representative
About the Job
Location: Boynton Beach, FL (In-person)
Base Salary: $45,000 – $55,000/year (based on experience and performance)
Schedule: Full-time | Monday to Friday | Day Shift | Weekends Off | Earliest start: 9:00 AM Latest finish: 9:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer calls with professionalism and a solutions-oriented approach.
Provide knowledgeable support for luxury products.
Use CRM tools to manage customer interactions efficiently.
Collaborate using Slack and GSuite for smooth internal communication.
Requirements
Enthusiasm and passion for delivering excellent customer service.
Excellent written and spoken English.
Familiarity with CRM systems, Slack, and GSuite (a plus).
