Hobby Lobby Corporate is hiring a Photo Retoucher! We’re looking for a creative self-starter who has an exceptional eye for color, a strong understanding of photo composition and excellent attention to detail. If you’d love to help create imagery for our project sheets, social media, craft videos, and more- we can’t wait to hear from you!

Who You Are

• A Professional and Passionate Photo Retoucher who can effectively color correct photos and match real life tones.
• Highly skilled in processing, re-touching, compositing, and organizing high-end commercial images.
• Extremely comfortable with researching digital editing techniques and trends for inspiration.
• An open-minded team-player who takes constructive feedback gracefully and works collaboratively toward the bigger picture.
• Consistent in providing high quality work, often under the pressure of tight deadlines.
  
  

What you will do:

• Ensure images and videos are labeled, organized, stored, and archived appropriately.
• Learn new techniques, tools, and technology as required.
• Anticipate obstacles and take initiative to communicate and problem-solve before/as they arise.
• Review final output to ensure project objectives have been met and are consistent with Department/Corporate Brand Standards.
  
  

Job Description - Requirements

Education And Experience

• Experience or qualifications in a related field, and/or demonstrated professional-quality photo retouching skills required
• Familiarity with Adobe Premier Pro or video editing is a plus
• Expert in Adobe Photoshop
• Basic Knowledge of Adobe InDesign and Adobe Bridge
• Ad agency or in-house agency experience helpful
• Experience working on a close-knit team
