Job Description

Position Summary:

The Senior Director of Supply Chain will be a key leader responsible for the strategic direction and operational execution of the company’s entire supply chain. This role will oversee all aspects of logistics, warehousing, inventory management, procurement, and supplier relationships to ensure an efficient, cost-effective, and highly responsive supply chain that supports our growth objectives. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the aftermarket automotive industry, a proven track record of optimizing complex supply chains, and exceptional leadership skills.

Duties & Resp

  • Provide strategic direction for development and implementation of Supply Chain including identification and implementation of defined business approaches that support and align with overall company strategies and initiatives
  • Manage network capacity to maintain inventory storage health and throughput capacity needs to support growth and profitability
  • Track industry trends and recommend new opportunities to enhance reliability, speed, and flexibility in orders
  • Execute projects to develop and grow the team and site, including exploring innovation opportunities for future technologies to improve processes, achieve operational excellence, and establish a competitive advantage.
  • Continuously review production costs and product quality, maximize yields, modify production and inventory control programs to maintain and enhance profitable operations.
  • Introduce and provide guidance to executive leadership as well as key stakeholders on new concepts as well as provide updates on key projects.

Qualifications

  • 12+ Years of relevant work experience in strategic sourcing, supply chain, procurement, warehousing, etc.
  • 10+ Years of experience working with large matrixed organizations, with proven track of record innovation, delivery, and results
  • Minimum BA/BS degree in Business, Computer Science/Data Science, IT, Supply Chain; MBA/MS degree preferred
  • Preferred, but not required: Familiarity in at least one of the following areas: Paint & Associated Products, Oil/Lubricants/Chemicals, Automotive Aftermarket Parts, OEM Auto Parts

$150,600.00 - $268,900.00

Compensation Frequency

Annual

Base pay offered may vary depending on actual location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Supplemental pay types may include commissions or bonus incentives, depending on the role.
