The role is an office based role in the Minnetonka, MN office and is not a remote/telecommute role.

Primary Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Medical Policy team to support data-driven decision-making
- Develop, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards used to track and evaluate medical policies
- Help migrate legacy reports and build new dashboards using modern data tools
- Provide ad hoc data reports to support insights to internal stakeholders
- Stay informed about data migrations and evolving data infrastructure
- Technical solutions support for Microsoft 365 and Fabric services
- How to work with large healthcare datasets and cloud-based platforms
- How to process and translate data into meaningful insights for clinical and policy teams
- How to communicate findings through clear reports and compelling visualizations
- How to build solid working relationships across several teams

Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in a business analyst or data analyst support role
- 1+ years of experience using data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, or Power BI
- Exposure to cloud-based platforms like Snowflake and Azure
- Experience working with relational databases
