Pay Scale: $100, 000 - $144, 000 (Dependent on Experience)

What You'll Do

Analyze genomic, proteomic, and transcriptomic datasets

Develop statistical models and machine learning algorithms for biological data

Collaborate with research teams to design computational experiments

Create visualizations and reports to communicate findings

Build and maintain bioinformatics pipelines and databases

Support regulatory submissions with data analysis

What We're Looking For

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Bioinformatics, Data
• Sciences, Computational Biology, Computer Science, Molecular Biology, or a related field.
• Advanced Python Programming: Proficient in Python programming, particularly within
  
  

Linux-based High-Performance Computing (HPC) environments.

• Expertise in Workflow Language: Strong knowledge of workflow languages such as WDL,
  
  

Nextflow, and/or Snakemake for automating and managing computational workflows.

• Version Control with Git: Experienced in tracking and managing code using Git for version
  
  

control.

• Extensive Experience in Data Analysis: Proven ability to analyze complex datasets and derive
  
  

meaningful insights.
