We're Hiring: CNC Machinist!
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Machinist to operate computer-controlled machines and produce high-quality precision parts. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, attention to detail, and experience with CNC programming and operation to meet production requirements and quality standards.

What You'll Do
Set up and operate CNC machines for production runs
Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications
Program CNC machines using G-code and CAM software
Perform quality inspections and measurements using precision tools
Maintain and troubleshoot CNC equipment
Monitor production schedules and meet deadlines
What We're Looking For
∙Requires no supervision and is an expert in all tasks and qualifications required as an Inside
Machinist.
∙Will have the ability manufacture complex components from stock or modify parts in accordance
with all drawing requirements.
∙Must be able to perform the set up and operation of all manual machines (lathes, mills, grinders,
saws, etc.)
∙along with the ability to perform programming, set up and operation of Computer Numeric
Controlled (CNC) machines (lathe and mills) and hand tools used in the trade as well as the
ability to use all precision measuring instruments such as outside diameter and inside diameter
micrometers, height gauges, depth gauges, calipers, verniers, lay-out tools and possess the
ability to accurately record readings and measurements.
∙Expert proficiency in reading complex blueprints, drawings, manuals, technical work documents,
measuring and marking dimensions and reference points on material, selecting proper tooling,
attachments and accessories as well as manufacturing fixtures to hold work pieces.
∙Expert working knowledge of all feed and speed rates and machining characteristics of various
materials.
∙Ability to machine complex parts to close tolerances ensuring that the finish requirements of the
drawing specifications are achieved first time through.
