Job Purpose
Compliance Associate supports the Director of Compliance in monitoring the effectiveness of the company compliance program and helps with compliance related projects.
Duties And Responsibilities
Education: 4+ years relevant experience and/or College Degree preferred
Specialized knowledge: In depth knowledge of FDCPA, TCPA, FCRA, PCI, privacy and various state collection statutes, Regulation F preferred.
Experience: 2+ years’ experience in collection and/or servicing operations

Duties And Responsibilities
- Manage & monitor all incoming and in process consumer bankruptcy fillings for action and disposition.
- Manage all operational monitoring reports
- International Skip Tracing
- Disputes, Cease & Desist Requests, Prior ATY processing HLD Report
- Missing Scrub Report
- SCRA Requests
- BAD Post Date EFT Monitoring
- Assist with managing and responding to TransUnion inquires through e-OSCAR website.
- Assist with internal operational audits to determine adherence to policies and procedures.
- Assist with Developing and Managing Corporate Procedural Manuals
- Assist in administration of compliance document management system.
- Assist with regular and on-going training needs
