Marina Bay Animal Hospital is seeking a dedicatedLead Veterinarianto join and guide our exceptional team! Located in League City, TX, we are a well-established, full-service small companion animal hospital that has been serving the community since 1993.

We are looking for an experienced veterinarian with strong leadership skills who is passionate about mentorship, high-quality medicine, and fostering a positive, collaborative culture. As our Lead Veterinarian, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our hospital while maintaining a healthy work-life balance with the support of our experienced team.

What You'll Do:

• Provide medical leadership, mentorship, and support to our veterinary team
• Ensure high-quality patient care and client service
• Collaborate with hospital leadership to enhance operations and drive growth

Anticipated Schedule:

• Flexible scheduling options available build a full-time or customized schedule that works for you!
• Open Monday Friday 7:30 am 6pm
• Rotating Saturdays from 7am 12pm
