Summary
The Packaging Line Support is responsible for coordinating material requirements between different Packaging lines within the company. To communicate with Supervisor and leads to gather essential documents and information required for the production and packaging of the material. Responsible for any assignments related to material handling and logistics.

Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma/GED or equivalency of related work experience.
Experience
While performing the duties of this job, the employee may regularly require talking, hear and grasp items. This position is active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing all day.
Regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts, strong fumes, loud noises, and occasionally extreme temperatures.
The employee must frequently grasp, lift and/or move items 50 pounds.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
Additional Information
The Salary Range for this position at Lief Labs is $17.90 - $21.00 hour (USD). Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to market demands, experience, training, skills, and education. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, wellness benefits, education reimbursement program, and PTO. This position is bonus eligible.

Responsibilities
- Request documents from Kitting department and inventory control as needed.
- Verify Semi-finish material specifications for approval using provided work orders.
- Assist with moving finish material from packaging lines as requested.
- Support with sourcing responsibilities as requested from Supervisor and/or team leads.
- Assist in support covering breaks and lunches as required by packaging lines.
- Follow up on materials as directed by management.
- Assist in day-to-day production/packaging operations as needed.
- Support facilities, cleaning the floors, walls and others as required.

Education
Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma/GED or equivalency of related work experience.
Experience
- 2 years’ work experience in any of the following related fields; Warehouse, Material handling, Inventory control.
- Manufacturing Methods and Procedures
- Good Manufacturing Practices GMP knowledge.
- Forklift license preferred but not required.
- Knowledge on using pallet Jacks
- Be able to lift to 50lbs
- Ability to complete job requirements independently at completion of training period.
- Ability to work collaboratively with team members. Possesses strong attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills; able to manage priorities and workflow.
- Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
