Operations Manager at ABA Therapy Agency

As our Operations & Growth Manager, you’ll play a key role in shaping the future of our organization overseeing daily operations, supporting our incredible team, and helping us expand services across New Jersey and beyond.

From working closely with leadership to improving how we deliver care, you’ll be involved in the day to day details that keep things running smoothly, while also contributing to big-picture growth. Responsibilities Include:

• Manage day to day agency operations (in-home, clinic, school-based)
• Track performance metrics related to growth and services
• Collaborate on expansion plans and support new locations
• Represent the agency in a positive, professional manner
  
  
  

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of leadership or operations experience (ABA or healthcare preferred)
• Strong organizational and team leadership skills
• A commitment to delivering outstanding experiences and building long-term trust with customers and partners
• A collaborative spirit and willingness to jump in wherever needed across teams and projects
• Meticulous attention to detail and a proactive mindset when it comes to organization and execution
• Experience in a startup or high-growth environment is a plus you’re adaptable, solutions-oriented, and energized by fast-paced work
