This role will ensure data integrations to various third parties are accurate, efficient and timely. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, operational management skills, and a deep understanding of HR functions to ensure the seamless integration and optimization of HR technologies and operations.

Technology Management
- Develop and implement HR technology strategies, aligning with the organization's overall business goals and improve the employee experience
- In partnership with the HR PMO team, oversee the selection, implementation, and maintenance of HR technology systems, including ATS, HCM, LMS, Performance, Document Management and other relevant platforms
- Proactively analyze HR system design architecture and identify strengths to build upon and weaknesses to mitigate
- Collaborate across the organization to determine bottlenecks, issues and other gaps in HR systems and make recommendations to improve functionality
- Work closely with IT department with centralized initiatives (SSO, Company specific integrations, Identity Mgmt, etc).
- Manage vendor contracts and consultants to ensure SLA’s are being adhered to and are within budget
- Review, prioritize and execute HR systems and Operations change requests
- Strategic Planning and Management: Balance strategic planning with day-to-day management, ensuring both short-term and long-term goals are met.
- HR Data Management: Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and security of HR data within HR Systems.
- Communication: Effectively communicate HR technology matters to various stakeholders, including HR partners and business leaders.
- Process Improvement: Analyze HR processes and identify opportunities to streamline, automate, and improve the HR platforms.
- HR KPIs Monitoring: Monitor and analyze HR KPI’s to identify areas for improvement and drive data-informed decision making.
- Compliance: Maintain compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and best practices in HR operations.
- System Utilization: Monitor system utilization to ensure standard business processes and consistent and compliant results are achieved.
- Continuous Improvement: Lead continuous improvement initiatives to optimize HR operations and service delivery.
- Reporting and Audits: Provide adhoc reporting support and ensure accurate and timely execution of internal and external HR audits, fulfillment of regular compliance reports including EE01, California DOL, Veterans and Disability, etc.
- Data Analysis: Analyze large data sets to troubleshoot and scope system issues.
- Root Cause Analysis: The ability to analyze complex issues, discover their root causes, and provide viable solutions
- Support Tickets Monitoring: Monitor HR support tickets to ensure our internal SLA’s are being met.
Qualifications:
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
- 10 years experience managing teams and working with HRIS systems and HR operations.
- Experience with Workday HCM, employee leaves, compliance & HR/Payroll audits.
- Skilled working with various reporting and data management tools.
