Astrion has an exciting opportunity for a Capability Integration and Delivery (CID) Product Owner to join our team supporting the Space Systems Command (SSC), Space Sensing Directorate at the OPIR Tools, Applications, and Processing Laboratory (OPIR TAP Lab) and the Boulder Ground Innovation Facility (BGIF). In this role, you will oversee the end-to-end integration, verification, and operational transition of RDT&E capabilities. You will coordinate with developers, stakeholders, and end users to ensure that tools, applications, and frameworks are validated, optimized, and effectively deployed to support mission-critical national security operations.

Required Qualifications / Skills
- 10+ years of relevant experience in program/product management, systems integration, or related technical disciplines
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Proven experience in capability integration, verification, and validation in DoD or national security environments
- Strong ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders and ensure successful technology transitions
- Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility
- Manage the full lifecycle of OPIR TAP Lab RDT&E capabilities from development through operational deployment
- Oversee the work of the CID product team to ensure successful capability integration and delivery
- Ensure capabilities are verified, validated, and optimized for operational use, meeting all government requirements
- Develop and deliver a Quarterly Delivery Plan outlining capability deployment priorities and schedules
- Support documentation, installation, and transition of capabilities to end users, including training materials and sessions as needed
- Coordinate with developers, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure successful adoption and operational readiness of capabilities
