Technical Project Manager, Energy Service

What To Expect
The individual in this role will be responsible for overseeing the deployment and maintenance of all custom tools from our Hayward office. They will serve as a primary point of contact with external customers on a short-term basis, specifically regarding service warranty claims for tooling. This position will ensure that all released tools are compliant with established standards and that the most current revisions are consistently deployed. In addition, the individual will support the Training department by managing logistics and inventory, including the availability of PPE, New Hire Tool Kits, and other essential items required for deployment.

What You'll Do

Support management of short-burst in-house manufacturing of tools and parts

Manage tool inventory, handle purchase orders, and ensure stock availability

Work with customers on warranty claims and deployment of compliant tools

Support day-to-day operations of the training team for both internal and external classes

Carry out root cause analysis (RCA) on faulty incoming tools from the field

Establish and maintain positive rapport with supervisors from multiple areas, as this position works closely with engineers from diverse backgrounds

What You'll Bring

Experience working with Enovia and understanding prints and drawings

Strong interpersonal and communications skills

Use of MS Office tools and other systems to effectively communicate results/failures (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, Jira)

Strong organization skills with meticulous attention to detail

Flexibility to work long hours and weekends when required

Ability to travel up to 10-15%

Expected Compensation

$88,000 - $186,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits

Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
