MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN - FRESNO

The Maintenance Technician role provides ongoing preventive maintenance and repairs as assigned,

maintaining safe work practices. This role reports to the Maintenance Supervisor, Production Manager,

or Plant Manager based on the location.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain production machines and plant facility equipment.
• Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production.
• Perform scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment.
• Detect potential equipment failures and make necessary adjustments.
• Read and interpret work orders to perform required maintenance and service, according to
  
  

equipment manuals or manufacturers’ recommendations.

• Complete documentation, as required.
• Identify and recommend changes to equipment or processes to improve safety or efficiency.
• Support equipment and process upgrades for new production methods or products.
• Assist other team members, as needed.
• Compete electric work as per job requirements and training under NFPA 70E electrical and arch
  
  

flash requirements.

• Focus on cross-training, continuous learning, and improvement.
• Continue training in leadership accountabilities.
• Participate and support the Continuous Improvement (CI) culture.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
