$45,000–$52,000/year (DOE)
Quarterly Bonuses – up to $1,200

Your Role as Property Manager:
As our next Property Manager, you’ll be the heart of the Eastgate community. You’ll lead with purpose, inspire your team, and deliver outstanding results.
Lead and support a motivated on-site team
Drive occupancy and optimize leasing strategies
Foster a welcoming, community-focused atmosphere
Manage budgets, reporting, and property performance
Ensure timely maintenance and oversee capital projects
Stay compliant with Fair Housing, policies, and standards
What You Bring to the Team:
2+ years in multifamily property management
Leadership experience (supervising 4+ preferred)
Strong admin & computer skills (YARDI is a plus!)
Understanding of housing regs and Fair Housing compliance
Experience with housing vouchers/programs is a bonus
Budget management and maintenance familiarity
